A really gorgeous miniature sewing box dating from around 1800.
Made from pressed card and covered in silk and velvet.
The tiny silk covered compartment tray with a variety of tiny sewing items lifts out.
The diminutive size makes this a particularly rare piece.
Measuring 2 inches wide, 1 inch deep.
Shown in the pictures displayed next to an 8 inch grodnertal who will be listed separately later this week.
