A very beautiful original 1860s silk enfantine outfit to fit Huret or similar sized child fashion.
A most beautifully made outfit, this is not in my opinion a commercially made outfit, more likely made by a seamstress in the same manner as a full size dress would have been made.
So much detail and exquisitely trimmed with early chantilly lace.
This would have been made to fit a Huret or similar sized child fashion of the time.
Overall condition is good , minor wear here and there as one would expect but really an incredible survivor.
Measures 4.2 inches across the neck opening.
Just under 12 inches long at the front, longer at the back.
9.5 inches around the waist.
